Candidate Readiness Volunteer

Support local members who are considering standing as candidates. Help with organising training, sourcing information on requirements and deadlines, and ensuring candidates are prepared for selection, campaigns, and public events.

 Events Organisation Volunteer

Plan and coordinate local branch events including meetings, socials, public Q&As, and campaign launches. Liaise with venues, manage invites and logistics, and help ensure events run smoothly and professionally.

Research & Audits Volunteer

Assist with gathering information on local issues, council decisions, and political developments. Help fact-check campaign material, monitor spending for transparency, and support internal reviews to keep the branch running efficiently.

Campaigns & Canvassing Volunteer

Take an active role in leafleting, door-knocking, street stalls, and voter outreach. Help plan local campaigns, identify key areas and issues, and support on-the-ground efforts during elections and awareness drives.

Communications & Media Volunteer

Help manage social media, write newsletters, draft press releases, and design campaign materials. Work to build the branch’s visibility, promote events, and respond to local political developments clearly and effectively.

Leafleting & Distribution Volunteer

The battle is won with hard grit and effort, we desperately need people to help leaflet and canvass local wards. Believe us, it only takes 600 votes to win some of them. Every vote is vital.
